The Shadow Series, Tarot Card Comparisons: The Thoth Tarot 7 of Swords & The Shadow Tarot 7 of Dark Energy at the Event Horizon

The Thoth Seven of Swords-Futility: This card represents the sabotaging mind where you know what you want symbolized by the central sword and then go about defining the reasons why you can't obtain it, as shown by the six swords surrounding the central one. This is the yes-but mind that often keeps us from making our dreams work. Astrologically the 7 of Swords is Moon and Sun in Aquarius, the circle with a dot in the center is a symbol of the Sun, the Crescent is the Moon and the wavy lines at the bottom are Aquarius.

Each of the six swords of procrastination bear a planetary sign for the six ways we sabotage our selves.

Instead of the Power of

we are caught in the self-denial of

Often we run "mind loops" that constantly repeat our past as today's reason for not progressing or going forward with our life. These mind loops are the "nag within" syndrome that fear of discomfort/fear of vulnerability, often generates in our subconscious to avoid presumed pain.

In the Qabalistic Tarot, Netzach, is  the 7th Sephira, that green Sephiroth on the lower illustrated Tree of Life. Netzach/Victory is the ruling intelligence of all the Tarot 7's.

Green is the color attributed to Venus (and the Netzach serpent in my logo), the planet of Netzach. Love, feelings and instinct, the Group Mind, Nature, and the Arts, all radiate from this Sephiroth. The Symbols for Netzach are;

The Girdle,

The Rose

and the Lamp.

Netzach is the first Sephiroth of the Astral triangle and is the first energy intelligence to make up the personality of the individual.

You may remember that I stated that the Personality is made up of the Four Alchemical Elements, each of which are represented by the lower Sephira, in the familiar sequence of Fire, Water, Air and Earth. Netzach is Fire, Hod is Water, Yesod is Air and Malkuth is Earth.

Netzach is the lower form of the fiery Yod of Chokmah that is reflected from Geburah through Tiphareth. This is the formula for Yod Heh Vau Heh, "The Secret name of God". Malkuth being the final Heh, because of the "fall" which is really a condensing or "down sizing" of Self from Macrocosm to Microcosm. 

In Netzach, normal waking consciousness of the student, must deal with the Astral Triangle and the component parts of the Personality, after all, we are not of the Personality, it is of Our Spiritual /Psyche Nature! 

Personalities are software programs that are created to operate and experiment with Hardware (body), and are programed into the brain (wet ware) to manipulate the physical body properly.

However, if your personality was made for you out of the illusions, delusions, and ambitions of "Authority",

 than you haven't a clue who is operating the body, as you don't know the code and language that went into making the software your body is operating from! You are just a slave to your environment.

The most important part of initiation is to observe the layers of lies, that your personality is constructed from, removing layer after layer of false you, until the real you shines true. This "Garbage in" is called man-made persona and the "Garbage out" is the dysfunctional action of "seeking yourself" in the eyes of your peers, or of authority. You are already God approved----you exist, and your Software for operating the Hardware, was already created by the Higher Self, some call this "the Soul"/Psyche.

Often, Mystery schools use a set of Tattva exercises as a type of "controlled day dream" (guided meditations), intended to bring the student into direct contact with the subtle Elemental realms immediately underlying the material sphere of sensation. Often, I bring those Elemental realms into sensual manifestation through the Qabalistic Tarot, for my students; all of which is necessary to prepare the student for more advance techniques of skrying with Tarot Cards.

It should be understood, that the astral realm beginning with Netzach, is a fluid, non-solid electromagnetic psycho- dynamic realm where everything begins in illusion/dream. It is the place, where our Formative consciousness can experiment with image, such as children role-playing, in order to comprehend in a later stage of growth, the actual manifestation of being"that". If done with controlled will, this is a boon to any creative endeavor on Earth; if taken as rote, all hell will break loose on earth!

The Astral nor its denizens of personal illusions is not a Master of your personality! Nor is anything that you contact in it your ruler; for most of the Astral denizens are lost personalities, or superstition built demons created by fear tortured minds!

The Astral is Your Mailable psycho-dynamic -thought-substance to create with, not be created by!  Most " Medium-Channels" just channel astral persona's, and live in an illusion of devotional thought, not allowing them to see "holy" delusions of  the dark besotted denizens that need the "heat and brightness" of your devotion!

Let me explain what few wish you to know: A god is a dominate Consciousness on its Plane of Dominion. Every one of the Ten Sephiroth, is a demi-god, that your Greater Self is composed of. The United cooperation of these energy intelligences we call "gods" (microcosmic Demi-urges), which contribute to the make up the One God/Macrocosm.

And you're are one better, because you have also composed a body of the Animal "god", Top Mammal Predator, ruler of its domain, the Human body! So, You, are a Great Group of Ten demi- gods, who should be working as One Group Soul of your individual Tree of Life...A One God.  The fact that you are not, is because you've been mentally separated from the reality of your divinity and united by fear of pain, to the Group Soul of Man made cultures! This was done by the manipulation of your imagination,(auto-suggestion and pain training) by "The few who wish to rule the many", i.e. Rulers, who are those who control, by enforcement of punishment, or threat there of, Your definition!

The Astrals are the beginning of formation, on earth. And by giving you "nightmare" stories of how bad your natural body is, you forgot it is a 'god" of its domain! Let me tell you the truth, you are vulnerable, mortal in body, yet, instead of running and hiding, as most animals do when confronted with the "unknown", you challenge your instinctual fear, to find out just what it is! Beyond animal, you don't succumb to the limits of your natural defenses, you just invent greater weapons! Nothing on earth can withstand a human with a rifle; let alone a human with a little red button that says, "launch"! "Know ye not that ye are Gods?" No demon ever invented by the drug besotted mind of the fearful, has ever built a way to scorch the earth of all life! Yet, we, the "Beautiful Monsters" can scorch the planet clean of all life, thousands of times over!

When we are dealing with Netzach, we are dealing with understanding a particularly difficult State of energy conscious . Netzach is where both the Macrocosm and Microcosm meet. Thus we are dealing with the understanding of the entire race patterns of human kind, and patterns of individual persona. But if that isn't enough, we must understand that this dichotomy is in itself an illusion!

HAURES, or HAURAS, or HAVRES, or FLAUROB. The Sixty-fourth Spirit is Haures, or Hauras, or Havres, or Flauros. He is a Great Duke, and appeareth at first like a Leopard, Mighty, Terrible, and Strong, but after a while, at the Command of the Exorcist, he putteth on Human. Shape with Eyes Flaming and Fiery, and a most Terrible Countenance. He giveth True Answers of all things, Present, Past, and to Come.
But if he be not commanded into a Triangle, Ò, he will Lie in all these Things, and deceive and beguile the Exorcist in these things, or in such and such business. He will, lastly, talk of the Creation of the World, and of Divinity, and of how he and other Spirits fell. He destroyeth and burneth up those who be the Enemies of the Exorcist should he so desire it; also he will not suffer him to be tempted by any other Spirit or otherwise. He governeth 36 Legions of Spirits, and his Seal is this, to be worn as a Lamen, etc."

By now you know that most "demons" are Christian invention to cause fear and turmoil amongst the "believers" so that they become faithful. Haures is no exception. 

Truth is, our Greater Self has all the answers, and created us to be its "expression" in this dimension of crystalline light/bio-protons.

Again, Linda Falorio's cards are a more sinister looking alternative to mundane tarot cards, but have not the rich Qabalistic symbols of the Thoth Deck nor the necessary imagery to really explore the inner knowledge of our Greater Psyche.

Any modern person who fears demons, just hasn't paid attention to modern medical science, that has exposed most of these "disease dealing" demons as bacteria, germs and virus. To destroy things, well, we are better than any demon when it comes to destructiveness. Truth is demons, are beneath our attention for they are amateurs; just ask any survivor of the Dresden firebombing, or of Tokyo, during the Second World War.  We are Divinity's Beautiful Monsters, and demons sweat blood in our presence!
